Device ID’s: We may collect, and store unique device identifiers associated with your particular mobile device (“Device ID”). Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. We use your Device ID to track the number of unique Users using the Site and our Services and to enable you to interact with and use the Site and our Services and to make it possible to authenticate and understand the use of our Services. We link your Device ID with the technical information accessed through your use of the Services, which enables us to administer resets to your Account or to delete information when you request that we do so or for other administrative purposes. You acknowledge that MADE IN THE LEHIGH VALLEY MARKETPLACE LLC is located in the United States of America (“U.S.”) and will process and store your information in the U.S., and that as a result, U.S. governments, courts or law enforcement or regulatory agencies may be able to obtain disclosure of your information through the laws of the U.S. If you reside outside the United States, your PII and Non-PII will be transferred, processed and stored in the U.S. under U.S. privacy standards.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain PII for as long as you use the Site and for a reasonable time thereafter.
