Broken Branch Creation
My woodworking adventure began 15 years ago after taking classes at Community college to re-familiarize myself with some of the power tools that I hadn’t used in many years. I was making items I could turn on a lathe including wooden bowls, plates, ornaments, jewelry, vases and candlesticks. I’ve since expanded my equipment and product lines to include cutting boards, charcuterie boards, cnc signs, band saw items and more.
My shop is in my basement so there is no commute in the morning. After retiring four years ago from an IT Software systems job I can now devote more time to creating both decorative and functional items for the home. The name Broken Branch Creation was derived from the fact that I started with tree “parts” from storm damaged trees and those that were removed for horticultural reasons.
I sell at various craft shows in the area which are always posted on the Facebook page and my websites event page.
